Q: Can you use Clear-Jel in place of Pectin when making jam?
A: I have had a few questions about using Clear Jel in making jams. I want to assure everyone that you CAN use it instead of pectin. You may have to adjust your recipes and it may take a few trial and errors to get it right, but Clear Jel can be used.
