- Wash them and put on paper towels to dry. You can air dry them or pat them gently with paper towels.
- Spread them on a cookie sheet and put in the freezer for about 1/2 hour or until frozen.
- Put frozen berries into zip lock freezer bags or if you have a food saver, the vacuum seal is great.
- Use as needed
